About Allegacy Mortgages
We have a number of mortgage financing options, and programs to finance a wide array of property types.
Fixed and adjustable rate mortgages available.
Loans up to $417,000 are referred to as Conforming Loan Amount.
Loans over $417,000 are referred to as Jumbo Loan Amount.
Primary residence, vacation homes (or second homes) & investment properties may be financed.
Loans are available for purchase, no cash-out refinance (paying off the first mortgage only), cash-out refinance (paying off the first mortgage, any junior liens and cash for other purposes). Cash-out transactions are not available in Texas.
Interest rates may be locked for 55 or 85 days.
Applicants will have $429 “on hold” and unusable in their savings account for the appraisal ($410), flood certification ($19).
Members may apply online, by phone or in person.
We offer free pre-qualification service (based on stated information). This is an informal process to estimate the purchase price, loan amount and qualification ranges.
We offer Pre-approved Mortgages; this is a formal mortgage application that is processed and a credit decision is given prior to the selection of a property.
Dividends are paid on escrow accounts.
