Linda Roberts has been with Carolina Home Mortgage since 1998, starting in the Chapel Hill office. She now manages the Chatham County office which was formed in 2002 because of the potential growth in the area and was the county’s first mortgage company!
Being a mortgage professional, Linda’s goal is not only to get her client’s the best rate but to make financing their home an exciting and stress free experience. Being in the mortgage business for 11 years, Linda specializes not only in conventional loans but FHA, VA and USDA loans. She has also assisted many clients in the area who, due to no or low credit scores, did not qualify for financing by guiding them thru the process.
